We had a wonderful experience with Nick as our realtor! He helped us sell our home at the price point we needed, in the time frame we needed to move states, and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. His photographer did such a great job with photos as well! The process of selling a home and buying another home is daunting at at best, but then selling a home in one state and then finding a home and buying one in another state just adds to that. It can be stressful. It can be nerve-racking. I have to tell you, though, working with Nick Ratliff Realty was an answer to prayer. We prayed before we came down and we spoke with Nick over the phone, and he recommended we work with Andrea Bolin. It has been just the most wonderful experience we’ve had with our move to Kentucky, other than the reason we moved here—our church! I’m being effusive with praise but I mean every word. Andi spent a lot of time with us going over details and showing us a lot of houses based on what we told her we were looking for. She’s a great communicator and always responds in a timely manner.
